This is my go-to hardware store. It's close and convenient. They usually have everything in stock that I need. The employees are typically friendly and helpful. Their prices are pretty good, and I enjoy the 10% military discount. My only two complaints are that it should be a bit better organized. Some aisles are definitely more put together than others. And, sometimes you can't find an employee to provide assistance. I have witnessed several customers standing around, or walking around, looking for an employee to help them. At any rate, I like this store and location.

An excellent place to go for anything related to home improvement. The associates were great at making recommendations on the right product for our specific need, too.

Back in July 2017 I bought a weed eater from this store (Troi bilt brand) supposedly with two years warranty from manufacturers, I am not a professional lawn cutter, this tools was just for my personal use at home, so I used just a few times during the 20-7 summer, great surprise when I tried to use in summer 2018 that thing didn’t work, just a few minutes after running it would shut off by it self, tried several times in different days with the same results, the I had a great idea just bring it back to Lowe’s since still under warranty, was just about a month after one year, guess what since I didn’t have a receipt and it was over a year but couldn’t find any information of proof of the purchase so they decide to take it or service which I agreed to pay for the service if it was something that was not covered under manufacturer warranty because since this equipment has model and serial number they knew it was still under warranty from factory, they had to toe for a few days to work on it finally got a coupon though said this is ready for pick up, I had to pay to about $70 because that is some cleaning oil change and basically the diagnostic was that was that the gasoline has water in it and It was the reason to be shutting off on its own so I was OK paying $70 for the service, it was not too bad after all, when I brought it back home and put new gasoline fresh gasoline and tried to use it again that tool was still doing the same thing. I am very upset about this brand I thought it was a good brand I paid almost $150 for this to David use just a few times as expensive now I have a tool that is not working at the additional seven dollars and $70 for repair which would just waste of money and I still have a tool that is not working

DO NOT USE LOWES FOR FENCE INSTALLATION. They do not stand behind their work. My fence was installed incorrectly back in April, 7 months later I'm still dealing with Lowe's on the issue. Their customer service team keeps having me call their contractor and sales rep to deal with the issue. Every time I call back to follow up on the issue they say they are waiting on a responsive from the contractor and sales rep. I picked Lowe's because I thought they would stand behind their work but I was wrong. They have lost a life time customer. Glad Home Depot is right down the road from me.

Purchased new pots and potting soil for my banana trees. Decent selection of pots to choose from, as well as soil. The employees were so knowledgeable and helpful... until I reached the cashier. The bags of soil had so many holes, one employee marked them for a half price discount - so I took 2 of them. The cashier refused to give me the discounts, even though they were clearly marked on the bags. She said not enough soil had spilled out, so she only rang up a 20% discount. Uh... no ma'am. You will give me the full discount as marked. The cashier was incredibly rude. Continued to refuse me the discount, until she called for some assistance. Needless to say, I was granted to full discount, despite the haggling.
