One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received. Originally I ordered a washer and dryer at the store and was told it would be delivered 3 days later, which was great! I even got a call the night before giving me a delivery window. On the day of, during the delivery window, someone called and told me the delivery was not possible and they needed to re-order the washer and dryer and could not deliver until the next week. No explanation. I was given only a 10% discount. When that washer and dryer was delivered, it was the wrong kind, so I returned it. I went back to the store that day and ordered a new one which was going to take over 2 weeks to get delivered. The day before that delivery date, I was called again and told they could not come the day it was scheduled, but needed to come the day after. Again, no explanation. Luckily, I work a flexible job. Then, when they were finally delivered, they were smashed up so badly that I could not use them and had to refuse them. The delivery worker promised me he would file a complaint on my behalf and I also immediately called customer service who also filed a complaint of my behalf and promised the store manager would call me in less than 24 hours. It has now been more than 4 days and I still have not heard from the store manager. I have tried to call the store multiple times. I would not recommend buying appliances here, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.
