RiteRug Flooring

Unfortunately, I was unable to leave zero stars, which should be the true rating. As a result, I was forced to leave a one star. The workmanship is very poor. The coordination process is awful. The Installation Managers rarely, if at all, return calls or texts. The subs performing the work are not concerned about quality but getting the job done without involving the homeowner in decision making. The bottom line (sales) is the main focus. A homeowner does not receive the same treatment and priority as a builder' job. The corporate office does not resolve issues but defer issues back to the local store, where it appears no one is a decision maker at an upper management level is at the local stores. There are always excuses when an issue arise. They defer issues for the homeowner to attempt to correct. Crews leave the job site at their own will, walk off jobs, take long lunches, make broken promises on work to be performed, and their is no one managing or overseeing them while onsite. Stains resulted from tile crew leaving lunch cups left on my new marble countertop, removed doors were left off, cardboard and plastic left on the flooring and steps, there were several large and small wall scuffs throughout the home, several damaged drywall and knicks, mud and glue and debris on new flooring, caulking job awful, tile work was poor and tile layout pattern doesn't match, several carpet subfloor squeaks resulted after install, several popping sounds in the LVP flooring, microwave left out after backsplash installed, refrigerator was left unplugged after LVP install, debris left in driveway and front yard from saws, all furniture moved was left all over the place, dust was everywhere and nothing was covered despite the "dust free" sales pitch. I know there is some things I am missing, but these reviews should seriously be taken into consideration before selecting an installer.

Quick delivery of grout load ...wasn't even supposed to be here til tomorrow But they were nice enough to take it.

Price was good. Workmanship terrible. Followup slow and unsatisfactory. Laminate with. "Lips" at end, unevenly placed, glue prints left to clean. Bad experience. Communication to salesman, salesman to project manager, to workman; mostly unable to speak English. Bad decision, just to save money. Do not recommend.

HORRIBLE! Do not use this company to redo your floors. It was a nightmare, there is not enough space to list everything. My floors were done a year and a half ago and I am still finding areas that were not done correctly. Areas bubbling... most recently we just ordered a counter depth fridge and guess what they didn't finish even though I was told all appliances were moved. There are just circular motions of stain pushed up to where the old fridge was. And the best was today (we are redoing our kitchen) and the gentleman asks if we are planning on getting our floors redone anytime soon...ugh please save yourself from having a terrible experience and the PTSD associated with it and DO NOT use this company. We will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

We recently had hardwoods refinished in our home. The job was pretty good, but there were 17 incidents of the crew leaving things undone--taking off the spring for the door, leaving cigarette butts in the yard, aluminum drink cans on shelves, and some debris in the yard. We also had to get a crew member ( and it took quite some doing to get them to come back) to come back to finish the steps (that had cracks in them), add a better threshold where one was loose, and replace non-matching shoe molding. Basically a sloppy job. Wouldn't recommend them.
