Only one person checking out. 5 deep waiting to check out. At lumber section. No carts. All out in parking lot. Had to go back out of store to get a cart. I guess everyone was at lunch! This nothing like the Lowe's in Hickory! This was at 12:15pm 5/7

Great store, and really great store management. Great place to find good deals on the things you use everyday and if your in need of a appliance they will rush it to you if you order it early enough they might even be able to add you on the same day in an emergency like if your refrigerator goes out. 5/5 best Lowes I've had the pleasure of walking into.

Very bad customer assistance. Ask for help to look up a plywood for us and never went to look. Lie and say they did but never did making us wait for almost an hour. Careful with these employee at lowes lincolnton, nc 28092

No one was in lawn and garden to help me with finding the correct round up weed killer. To many to choose from.

Called in regarding an online order I made for pickup in the store. Victoria picked up right away and promptly helped correct my situation. She was courteous and friendly!
