Nearly non-existent service. Took nearly an hour to buy a grill because they couldn't be bothered to help get it rung up. They were busy, but no excuse for service this poor.

Visit here often, only because the closest Home Depot is to far away. No complaints from this visit. I found everything I was looking for and someone from the store actually asked me if I needed any help. Check out is almost always a major delay. Only one or on a rare occasion two will be open. They have self checkout but impossible to use due to the inability to read "My Lowe's Card", their scanner will not read it from a phone screen. Come on Lowe's this is 2018 or didn't they know.

It doesn't matter what you're in here for, you're probably leaving angry. Out of stock on a lot of items, an additional 3 minute wait for the self checkout to fork over your change.

I tried to purchase some weed and grass kill at the Denver Lowe’s. There was a big red sign that said if you purchase the Spectracide 1.3 gallon spray you get the refill free. At the register they both rang up at full price. When I questioned the person at the checkout they told me if I would go back and take a picture of the sign they would honor the free item. And you wonder why Home Depot is out performing Lowe’s.

The cashier got irate at me for having my dog near the snacks at checkout, telling me that people would report Lowe’s if they saw a dog near (PACKAGED) food. Like i could help the fact that that’s where the food is located. She had the most disgusting attitude I’ve ever seen in an employee, I was kind and walked out. If you allow dogs in a store then why would an employee be so hateful to a customer with a trained dog that was by my side the whole time? Ridiculous.
