Customer service on the floor could be much better. If I need help I typically go to home Depot. This store has most of the things I need for house projects though and I've always had great help at the paint desk.

If you're considering lowes for a home improvement project don't. They won't return your calls and will pass you around to a bunch of people so that no one knows what's going on. I am in the process of getting my floors redone and it has been a headache to say the least. It took me over 3 weeks just to get an estimate after the measurements were taken and no one would return my calls. FINALLY after calling almost every day I got my estimate and an install date. I thought that would be it and I was all set. Nope. They delivered the flooring and a few boxes were damaged, had to replace it. Then then the installers arrived, started laying the floor and found that since they sent different lot codes they were not fitting together properly. Now I have a kitchen torn up waiting on the unreliable staff at lowes to get back to me. Not happy.

The people at this l9cation are generally lazy and rude. The women at the front are very helpful. Management is never to be found. Make the extra drive to the Monkey Junction store, or go to a competitors store. Just not this one!

I used to use this Lowes all the time, but never again. About a month ago my husband and I ordered flooring from this location. We checked out at the register and were told it would be in within about a week and that we’d receive a call when it had arrived. A little over a week went by and I called to check on the order status (this was a Friday). They told me that it was on its way and would arrive on Sunday night on the late truck and that we could pick it up Monday. Monday afternoon rolled around and I called again to check on it as I had not received a call yet. They informed me that the order had never even been placed. They rang me up incorrectly or something and the merchandise was never even ordered. They corrected it and apologized for “any inconvenience.” Mind you - $500+ was deducted from our bank account the day we ordered it. They took the money out of our bank account, never ordered our products, and then “apologized.” I went in to the location to see what on earth was going on, and the person overseeing the flooring department could NOT be bothered. Rather than looking into the issue, apologizing, or ANYTHING his response was “If I give you $100 back will that make you happy?” I said sure because I could tell I was getting no more of his time. He turned and told someone else to take care of it and walked away without another word to me. Flash forward another week and a half (nearly a month after we placed our order that should have arrived within a week), and I received a call saying my order had arrived. I show up and talk with customer service as instructed on the phone call, and proceeded to wait for over 20 minutes for them to “find” my order because they were “having trouble locating it.” When they finally brought it out, I was told “Here you go! You shouldn’t have any trouble loading it into your car. I put it all on the dolly and it wasn’t that bad.” That’s it. Nothing else. Not even a hint at an offer to help me load a ton of heavy, awkward boxes of flooring into my car. Beyond disappointed with this Lowes and will not be back.
