Unreliable

This company is not reliable. After receiving an estimate and deciding to have them do the work they did not show up. They set up a date to install a vinyl planking floor and I went out and purchased the material. They, not only did not show up, as scheduled but did not call and refused to return calls.

Mixed review here. They put in hardwood floor in my office on 2 occasions. The first time, they did an amazing job, came on time, finished on time, and the whole bit. The second time - not so much, and they left the place a mess. The first time, i think the principal did most of the work. the second time, i think his son's girlfriend did a lot of it. i may try them one more time, just to break the tie, because i really like the floor. the shoe moulding they pulled off and put back on, however, looks really bad, to be honest.

We had our hardwood floors refinished by Two Guys this past June. Overall the work done is ok and they were friendly. My issues with the company are that the work was mediocre. There were spots (where the poly had bubbled) that needed to be fixed and they came and fixed them. However, when they fixed the spots they sanded, restained, and then put another coat of poly over the spots (probably at least 10) those spots are now visibly different looking than the area around them. Having made the decision to change our floor color... there are many areas against the wall that we can either see our old stain color and there are areas where they didn't spread the stain evenly and there is a visible line. They were also very messy. Stain was found on doors, door handles, walls... would not recommend.

Two Guys Flooring was requested to come out to my house to fix some places on my floors that have hollow spots in them and also a board that needed completely replaced due to the wood floor bubbling up. I begin contacting Two Guys Flooring on 04/21/17. I was told that they would be at my house on 04/28/17(Friday) to fix my floors at this time the owner stated he needed to move the repair to a later date which consisted of 05/02/17 (Tuesday)I completely took a full day off of work for these guys to come fix my floors. on 05/02/17 about 12 noon I have yet to seen the flooring company show up. I tried calling them no answer. I get a text message back saying that he would not be coming out today to fix the floors. The owner responds back that he will be here the next day 05/03/17( Wednesday)I explained to him what needed to be replaced and he decided he didn't have time to do what I requested to be fixed so he said he would not be coming on 05/03/17 that he would come out on 05/11/17 (Thursday). This day 5/11/17 comes and the owner does not show up but he send out one of his workers to fix the floor. This worker had no understanding of what he was suppose to be fixing and was completely by himself to fix 47 injections and replace one board from bubbling. The worker then stated he needed me to provide him with some weights so after he makes the injections at this time I told him that I am not responsible for providing him with anything that he needs to get it after there decision they decided not to replace the floors on 05/11/17 he said he would be back on 05/15/17(Monday) with weights for the floor. the same worker showed up with no weights and one tube of epoxy. he replaced the board which does not fit flush with the rest and used black epoxy on brown wood floors. also used brad nails that are now sticking up from the flooring causing a hazard if somebody steps on it. they did a absolute poor job.

Purchased new home with hard wood floor installed by these guys. More floor has lifted off of the substrate than is glued down. Told by owner someone would be here first thing this morning to work on floor all day. 10:30am and no one here. Not even a call...... Lets update that to a complete no show.
