Here everyone goes above and beyond to help customers. Tony especially followed my husband around helping him find the items needed. My husband liked his service attitude and he is a hard to please customer. All in all this is a great place to shop.

Very helpful service from Roxanne. She helped me get my vet discount & signed me up for it. Her boss should give her a raise Lol. She was very pleasant to me. Thank you Roxanne

Great place for what you need and most all are friendly. Just a bad Apple among the rest. Cashier Mrs. Miller has a bad attitude every time I go in there.

Long story/short. Purchased a refridgerator over the phone. Asked that the receipt be emailed to me. Never got it. drove to the store, was treated rudely by a young lady at customer serice desk. She could not find/print our receipt. She finally asked for help and they were able to print us a receipt. Took about 20+ minutes for 3 people to be able to finish this simple request. We cancelled the order before delivery because of Florence, received our credit and told them to cancel delivery. Day before "cancelled delivery date" they call and ask to confirm delivery of a appliance that we were refunded for... Poor training by management to have this happen. Lowes is now my last choice for home repair needs.
