Lowe's hardware store in Home Improvement store in Boone North Carolina is a nice large store with a nice selection of most items that you would need in the building industry. they're a little tight for personnel so if you need some help with something you might have to spend a little time looking around for someone to help you out. the store is organized like most of the Lowe's stores so if you're familiar with the Lowe's stores you'll be familiar with this stores. However the bathrooms in this store are in the back of the store I'm pretty sure. a lot of the Lowe's stores now have the bathroom up front between the two main doors so when you go in you can use the restroom right away if you would like to. the hand washers in the restroom are always stocked and they have water coolers where you can get a drink right outside the door which makes it nice in the warmer weather. this time they're at they have a nice selection of wheelbarrows in the wheel barrels were on sale so I purchase the wheel barrel that seemed well-built and would serve the purpose and sure enough it has so far held up. The only complaint I would have about Lowe's is that they don't stock a lot of wood paneling as some Lumber stores do such as Menards. So the next time you're at a Lowe's store happy shopping.

I was looking for a product, and by chance there was a display of the product. I couldn't find the specific type that I was looking for - product with no fragrance and different size. A sales associate just happened to walk by and asked if he could help. I explained, and he promptly accompanied me to another area where I found exactly what I went go buy! Very helpful indeed.

Brian Kirby at the Lowes in Boone, NC went above and beyond to help us with our flooring and carpet install. The subcontractor didn’t show up and Brian stepped right in and made sure we had all the materials and flooring by the next day!!! Awesome customer service and constant contact will keep me shopping at Lowes because of Brian in the future! Thanks Brian for making a bad situation GREAT!! Well done!

It's a big box stores. Maybe a little better than most if you need help finding something. They honor their warranties and give military discount.
