This store is generally busy, and I don't honestly know how the staff handles all the people waiting to ask questions with such poise. They all so far have been very well informed on the products they're supporting and have been a great help to me and choosing. Our last purchase was a gas range and we're very happy with it, even the delivery went very smooth and the delivery guys were very professional.

This was the second time I've ordered on line to pickup in store. Once again everything was ready and pickup was quick and easy. When you're busy yet need some stuff from Lowes, it's a great option. The in store folks were friendly and helpful, as always.

When I go to Lowe's for a simple nail, I'm constantly asked if I need help. Today, I needed a cook top.....no one in sight to even question for help. I could have asked but another retailer will be happy to take my money.

I recently placed two online orders for lumber and requested delivery, due to the length of the material. Scott, the delivery driver, was extremely courteous, putting the material exactly where I wanted it. When I noticed two delivery charges on the invoice he told me who to call to address the problem and also assured me that he would follow-up with management. I called the store and they agreed to take the appropriate action. Debbie, who I believe handles online orders, called me back to let me know it had been taken care of. This is just one of several positive experiences I have had at this Lowes.
