Carpet One is great!! I cannot tell you how glad I am that we went here instead of Lowes or Home Depot - and we did a lot of looking. We finally decided that we wanted to deal with people that acted like they really cared about our flooring and the process. They stood behind their work and their word, and I highly recommend using Carpet One in Burlington for your flooring needs.

I am happy to say Carpet One -Burlington is one of the most caring companies I have worked with in a long time. From our initial meeting with their sales associates to the quality work performance and professionalism of their workers. A great experience performed on time to our schedule and resulting in a quality job. I highly recommend them for hardwood floor refinishing. Kudos to Shannon, Angie, David and Bo.

I give this company no stars because of the poor floor installation we received., but I had to select one star so I could post. You would be better off to have a inexperienced person install your wood floor than this company. Of all the home improvements we have done to our house, the wood floors is the only one we wish we never had. The floor squeaks and boards move. We have called them back several, but nothing has been done. Their last visit they told us the sub-floor needs to be replaced but that should have been recommended before they installed the floor.

Wanted to give a big thank you to Kevin and Mitchell who installed our carpet. They treated our home like it was their's and we even had good music to go with the intall. We are very happy with the carpet , install and the help of Shannon in our trying to decide what we wanted. Very knowledgeable. We will see you guys again! Thank you
