I went there yesterday (4/12) to buy several items. One item in particular I looked up on website and it stated available at this Lowes. I go and they have none. Also went to get a cart and literally had zero carts available in the store. All the carts were in the parking lot and even seen store associates standing around instead of getting carts. I ultimately left. I am still recovering from an accident so walking back to the parking lot to get a cart to just go back in was not an option. This store has so many issues. Ultimately went to Home Depot off Brassfield.

Don’t ever go through them to get your blinds installed. Worse experience ever! They order from a third party and you have to wait for someone to come out and measure, then go back to the store to order your blinds, wait 3 weeks to receive your blinds then schedule with a third party for the rep to come back out and install them which is atleast a week out. I’m very disappointed bc I once loved going there and now I dread it. Still waiting on another set of blinds because the rep ordered the wrong size. Go to Home Depot!

Dave was very helpful & went the extra mile in providing info about doorbells. I actually live in Danville VA, but I felt like this Lowe's was better

I drove from Liberty because you had outdoor rug in stock. Of course I had to look around as Lowe's Home Improvement is my favorite store. Ask about a bulb for my camper, Tyler wasnt only very knowledgeable about products (lighting) but took time to explain ?s I had. I was also very impressed with cleanliness of store. Great job at running store and having friendly, knowledgeable employees. Thank you Tyler for all the great tips and help.
