The employers are nice. The carts move nice and smooth. I love going the because there's no hassle getting through the aisles.

Quick assistance. Exchanged an item for larger one... in and out of store in 15 minutes. Everyone very helpful and friendly!

The whole lawn and garden section was blocked off. There was nobody working in the blocked off aisles. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed. I looked up the number for the store on the internet and called. When I connected with someone from the lawn and garden section I asked them to meet me in that section. He said it would be a while. I finally got out of him that the items that I needed were around on the opposite side of the lawn and garden section. I went around the closed off section and found the items. I also found the employee who was in charge of the section in a conversation with another Home Depo employee. I guess customers don't have priority imo

I want to take a second to brag on this location. My husband and I have been remodeling and have been to many Home Depot and Lowe's stores (ALL of them between Greensboro & Winston). This particular Home Depot has been the most helpful. During the time I was in there today I must of been offered help without asking at least 6 times. Usually at other locations we have to search the whole store for a worker and then hope that person can help. It seems as if maybe the other stores are understaffed. The staff at this store seem to genuinely care and they work really hard. I was particularly impressed with Susanna, I'm not sure who Susanna's boss is but she deserves recognition for giving above and beyond service. She's the type of worker that most company's would love to have.
