Friendly service every time I go to this store. People are always willing to help assist you any way possible. I never have to worry about losing my truck someone is always asking do you need help loading that. They are also good about offering up a rain check on sale items that are sold out. Only negative I have is me being a veteran in order to get a veterans discount I have to submit my personal information phone number and email address to acquire a My Lowe's Card and can't use my state issued ID that I had to provide a DD214 government papers in order to get thru the state. This makes no sense because there is no accountability for veterans. Anyone wanting a discount can get a veterans phone number they know and give it and recieve a veterans discount because Lowe's doesn't check people ID. This is a disservice to all American Veterans who served. Not to mention giving out personal information that is open to other companies affiliated with Lowe's then you get unwanted spam plus telephone calls soliciting you. This is just wrong in more ways than one.
