We visited the showroom and had a positive experience speaking with the sales rep. He took our contact information and said he would call to set up a consultation appointment the following week. Weeks went by with no call, so we contacted him at the number and email address he had provided. He said he didn't have his schedule with him, but would call us as soon as he did, in order to set up a time. A couple of more weeks went by. We got in touch again, and he said there was a death in the family, and that had prevented him from calling us. He said he would call the following Monday. He was very friendly each time, assuring us he fully intended to schedule the appointment. He never has contacted us. Instead of stringing us along, it would have been better to just be honest and say he was overwhelmed with work, or refer us to another employee. We have been patient, because we wanted to give them our business (they're local with a good reputation). I know other people who have been happy with their work, but apparently, we'll never know from firsthand experience.

We had a great experience with Frazee and they really helped us out with a very tight timeline. I worked with Jason Lambert and let him know up-front that we had a small window of availability and needed to get new floors selected, measured, ordered and installed very quickly. He helped me focus our selections on floors that would typically be easy to order while still getting the quality we desired. He was incredibly helpful and responsive; building on his good relationships with vendors, Jason was able to quickly secure optimal pricing and a turnaround time which fit our needs. The floor looks terrific and I appreciate how helpful and respectful Jason was. I would definitely recommend Frazee Carpets/Jason Lambert.

Good selection, low-key sales assistance. They contracted this quirky bathroom linoleum job to guys who went above and beyond. Great matching, top-flight quarterround staining, install. My 2nd project with them.

Been working with Frazee for years now and have had great experience with service every time. Stop by if you need any type of flooring!

If you are going to use them to refinish your wood floors you might as well just call the cheapest person you can find because the quality will be far better. They sub out all of their work and don't care how bad of a job the subs do. Damon is the most arrogant owner you will ever deal with. Run far and fast from them.
