Two weeks ago I scheduled a 10 AM appointment for an estimate. This morning (7/28) I drove 30 minutes to our new house (which we aren't living in yet) and Triangle Floors was a no call/no show. Their office is only 8 minutes from the new house so it's not like it's far away from them. Huge let down and waste of my morning. Edit: Triangle Floors called me (7/30) and apologized. They stated they tried calling. I told them I would edit my review if I did, in fact drop the ball and miss them reaching out to me on 7/28. I have no missed calls, no voicemails, no emails in any folder. The number that called me on 7/30 has one other call in the history, 7/2 when I made the appointment.

We had the most outstanding experience with Ricardo (Triangle Floors). They met a very tight timeline. We had two floors for new hardwood flooring. The quote was very reasonable, communication was exceptional and customer service st it’s best. No dust was left. We basically left the whole house for them for a week. They even followed up to finish a small thing. Highly recommended!

Ricardo and his team did a fenomenal, professinal and outstanding work. Also very reasonable prices! My mom had an original wood floor in her house they did a fantastic job at sanding, staining and finishing. They did everything down the last detail with the boards, the shoe molding, etc.. He and his team are very profesional and plus they speak spanish for my mom was great becuse she can communicate very easily with him. In fact Ricardo is very professional and kind to their costumers he gave us a cleaning kit to maintain our wood floor. We defitenely Highly recommended them to others! We will use Ricardo and his team for our next project!

Ricardo and his team do incredible, precise, and professional work. We had the original wood floors in our house refinished, and everything down the last detail with the boards, the shoe molding, etc. looks fantastic. Mary was super quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process and was very kind and professional in our correspondence, as were the rest of the team. They were very accommodating of my schedule and my (change of) preferences, and all of this was at a price much lower than all the other quotes I got for the same job. This was actually the second time we used Triangle Floors, and they did just as good of a job as the last time. Highly recommended for any flooring services.
