This is a great store. The employees are very helpful and professional. Everything's well organized and easy to find.

I don’t think the employees here are morning people. I asked two different employees to help me find a filter , although they helped me find it, one of them was rude and the other one just started walking towards the isle without saying a word. The cashier was nice though.

Very bad experience with the staff. Apparently they closed early for Easter Sunday, which is fine, except that we were rudely approached by woman who told us to leave because the store was closed. No intercom announcements, just single people out and tell them the store is closing early. As we rushed to check out, staff was rude, yelling at other staff to lock the door .Very unprofessional and unorganized. As we were leaving the woman who unlocked the door for us glared at us, not even a thanks. I've said it before, I don't expect anyone to kiss butt, just be a decent person. This was a fail.

I would like to commend Benjamin, the Sales Manager at Lowes 2778. In a world where I have grown to expect less and less customer service from mass retailers, he has shown me there is still some hope. I had an issue with a dishwasher install and he was able to come up with a resolution that was fair. This was not my first interaction with Benjamin and every time he has been exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you!! The 5 star rating is for Benjamin. If I was to rate the install team I would give them 1 star. If you do use them for a dishwasher replacement: 1) Don't separate the water line ahead of time (even though they tell you too). You may not be able to get it back together if they aren't able to do the install. And 2) Don't have cats visible if you want it installed. Really. Deathly allergic residential plumber might come to your house and tell you he can't do the install.
