Always great experiences with this Lowe's. We have several to choose from in our area, but this one is preferred. Staff are helpful, the store is clean and well stocked. Still dog friendly, too! My last trip was before an impending hurricane and they set up an emergency needs area and even had marked down prices. It was really helpful!

Just want to be completely honest. The last few times I have been here the people working seem more annoyed by me asking for some direction.. This is after me doing my own looking for quite a while.. I was looking for garage trim. Had to ask three people to find it. Maybe corporate doesn't pay enough to these workers. The don't give a damn.. the garage trim for garage doors is no where near anything you would think.

My husband and I always love a trip to Lowe's! We find what we were looking for and usually a few surprises. Prices are competitive and we can always find a friendly staff member to assist us. The location of the Wake Forest store is so convenient and easy to access. Parking is never an issue as there is a large parking lot.

The first elderly employee I asked for helped acted like he didnt have the time to be bothered so I went and found another. The next employee I came upon took the time walked with me. Explained what would be a better choice and even placed the items (lumbet) on the cart for me. More employees need to model him. The cashier woman was great.

Received help from a lovely lady working in the garden outside section. Very helpful in explaining what I needed and tips for plant care. The people that work at a place make all the difference and she made it a good experience.
