Don't bother going to this store when Home Depot is just a few miles down the road. I have had numerous negative customer service experiences at this Lowe's store. The most recent was being charged for an item I did not buy. When I noticed it on my receipt and went back inside, the cashier simply laughed and told me to go to customer service for a refund. No apology. No explanation. Between Amazon and Home Depot, I don't need to go back to this store, and I won't.

Prices on small items are frequently not what is shown on the retail floor. Items often 'ring up' higher than they were marked, and 'customer service' is not very pleasant to deal with, when you try to get this corrected. I've seen them trying to embarrass one customer in front of another. April 2018 I decided to give them another chance; again I got overcharged on small items, and got sent to customer service. They seem to go out of their way to be rude.

Not very happy with lowes in Chapel Hill. They had a Samsung dryer sitting on a pedestal with an advertised price of 799.00. After I purchased I found out when they brought it to pick up point that it did not include the pedestal. I went back to the manager he clearly told me even though it was not priced differently it was sold separately it was not intended to go with the dryer . The way it was displayed would lead the consumer to believe that it was sold as one unit. I will never do business with these people again where I come from that's called false advertisement.

Eh... Like all big box stores, lots of stuff, not much help. Wish better options existed.

I made keys at a computerized kiosk. It as easy and enjoyable but dreadfully slow!! I do not know yet if the keys will work, thus 4 stars and not 5.
