Experienced very poor customer service at this Lowe's location today. My husband and I were buying Loppers - which were clearly marked as 39.99. We get to the register and the ring up 49.99. Naturally, we ask about them and the lady at the register double checks the item - still shows up as 49.99. She asks for assistance and the other associate comes to the register and says that isn't his department but then he finally went over there to see what was going on. He then comes back and tells us that they are not 29.99 (not sure where he got this # as none of the loppers in this location were this price). I decide to go over there myself and they had another associate come over there who completely ignored me when I tried to speak to them. He then called the lady at the register and said the boxes were in the wrong area so they looked like they were 39.99 but they were ringing up correctly and that could not make a price adjustment. No one seemed to care, customer service was poor, and it took entirely too long to figure out the issue.
