Over 35 minutes late NO CALL NO SHOW to our 11am appointment so I gave them a call to see what was going on and he sounded like he was still asleep. He told he was in Raleigh and wouldn't be able to get to me till much later in the afternoon so I told him not to bother coming out. He didn't even have the decency to call me to reschedule or let me know they would need to change the time/day. Completely wasted my time. Needless to say we will be going with somebody else!

The installers were prompt, showed patience and true professionalism. The installers arrived when they promised, met our every request, worked quickly, were very courteous and left everything extremely clean. I would strongly recommend the company to everyone I know. Thank you Alex.

Alex and team did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors!

Negative experience all around. The installation was a day late with no phone call to notify us. And the bad customer service continued from there with Alex giving lots of excuses when he didn't call or show up on time. Carpet in less then 3 weeks is already coming apart at the seams and coming up from the floor! They never offered us the option to bind the ends?! The only reason I gave one star is because the installers were professional, it's a shame they didn't install correctly but I blame the owner for this. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!

Hands down the best carpet stretching and cleaning job experienced. I found online and phoned the day before I was going to be in the area. Super kind, on-time and efficient. Carpet looked new when they finished.
