Bryan and his team did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The workmanship was first rate and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

Flooring Plus refinished the solid wood floors of our 1935 home. It was a complicated job that involved removing some carpet, refinishing original hardwood flooring, The results are seemless!!! Our floors look fantastic. The best part was the personal level of service from Brian, Chris and everyone on the Flooring Plus team. Brian made what seemed like an overwhelming job so easy!!!

Great job matching an existing floor! Plus the people were very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again!

They have made an enormous improvement in the quality and design of my hardwoods, laid to prefection..eye catching and color scheme to enhance walls of my old building ..in the front entry it's amazing ..everyone comments on the new look they created..Bill was instumental in design and color choices , he was right on target.let these professional help you when making choices that last for many years as well as increasing resale value to your business...Getting the other flooring replaced soon..thanks for your impressive craftmanship!!

If there was a zero stars option, I'd pick that. We did an extensive house renovation that included hardwood (oak) floor repair and refinish (approximately 1000 sq. feet of existing flooring). The patch and repair work was ok (they did much of it twice after I complained about the huge gaps and poor fit) but the sanding and refinish work was second rate at best. After tons of lip service, we gave them a week to do whatever was needed to "get it right". Flooring Plus elected to sand the whole thing down a second time. The second sanding job and refinish was so uneven that we hired a different company to step in. Their recommendation was to sand it all off and start over - it was that bad after the Flooring Plus "best" effort. To top it all off, Flooring Plus complained that my wife and I were being unfair with our expectations. I believe my teenage son could have sanded the floor as well... It looked like a half baked DIY project - not a full price professional contractor. Very disappointing. I strongly discourage using Flooring Plus for hardwood floor refinishing. Even given the time (a week) and an unfettered opportunity to straighten out their first effort they were unable to do an acceptable job and ultimately identified me as the problem. Hands down the biggest mistake made during our $125k renovation was using Flooring Plus. Do yourself a huge favor and GO ELSEWHERE!
