This store is always near the top notch of Lowe's locations. There are some areas they could improve on. Like customer service. But nothing to gripe to much about.

Went in to buy a $800 Kobalt toolbox. The only one they had in stock had a busted latch and couldn't be locked, but they assured me another could be ordered. The store manager himself said he would have another one ordered, and he took my contact info to call me when it arrived. 3 weeks goes by, no call. I call them myself and asked to speak with the manager about the issue. He lied to me to over the phone, claiming he couldn't find another one in the area to order and have shipped to the store, yet the Apex and Chapel Hill locations have them in stock. I told him to forget about ordering it, as I have taken my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

Great store, inventory and staff. I appreciate the military discount. I have purchased several appliances and many other items at Lowes for our home and our rentals. Thanks.

DO NOT HIRE TO INSTALL FENCING! This is a freaking joke! It is over 4 weeks after they promised I would have installation! My summer is more than half over! How am I supposed to have a birthday party out here with a partial fence and huge mounds of dirt all over my yard. This is bull! No one will return my call. Its been 48 hrs. They have left product in my yard for weeks and I have big spots where it killed my grass! Worse experience EVER! DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE! Too bad for them, too! We are getting new carpet and flooring.. we were going to use Lowe's. No chance that's happening!
