One star for that one associate that willingly helped us.
Went in for carpet. Passed 3 people in that department. Nobody spoke. Two older ladies helped or tried to. Had to get help from a man who said he couldn't because his shoulder hurts. So got another. When the carpet was put on a float, I was told "there you go. Just take it upfront" How am I, the customer supposed to transport 12 feet of heavy carpet through a store without destroying something? So had to ask the guy for help who willingly did. The carpet was priced at 100 dollars over what was quoted yesterday but because we didn't know the person we talked to, we took a "L" .
Had to rent a truck with the worst 2 customer service people ever. One guy walked up and asked "we here to pick up...."
Was told "you need to stand over there at the pick up sign" another lady came about something that was bought at another store " was told (as she was was walking away) you need to go back to the other store.
So, after she took 4 minutes to fill out paperwork between answering the phone and being concerned about what was going on around her, she goes outside. I'm behind her I ask. So where's the truck at, they are waiting to load the carpet. She says "I don't know, I just got out here. Really? I'm behind you. I talked to the manager. Didn't seem to help. I'll never give Lowes another dollar
