Ordered laminate flooring through this company, and I would not recommend. Almost a week went by without any update on my order, so I reached out to get information on my order. Don't expect a phone call or an email in return, absolutely poor communication. It took several phone calls just to find out that what was ordered was not even in stock. Save yourself the hassle, and go elsewhere.

Great service and communication. They were always prompt, coming to check on the work, answering questions, and great attention to detail. The bathroom renovation they did for us was Superb! We will use them again.

Great service and product. We got engineered hickory wood and it totally transformed our living space. Quick turnaround and professional crew installing the floor. Would definitely use their services for future projects.

I m a repeat business for All Flooring and I will go back if I need work done again. Alex and team are very thorough and did a great job refinishing our wood floors. Other contractors complemented how good they look.

Decent install, but, a couple of years later when we called and asked Alex if they do a small repair we were in for a BIG SURPRISE. We have a cork floor and a small portion of it showed wear. We had replacement planks from the original installation so all we needed was for someone to come by, take up the existing planks and install the replacements. No more than four 24 inch planks were necessary. Less than one hour work to complete the repair. What did this guy Alex want to do that? Why a mere $600.00 and that was JUST LABOR! I kid you not. And, when my wife attempted to talk with this guy Alex he laughed at her telling her she knew nothing about the cost of labor. Believe me she actually does know since I operated a four million dollar a year company that did repair on very high tech machinery. I never charged a customer more than $125.00 a hour. And, if Alex thinks by some slim chance my wife isn't smart enough to figure it out, again, believe she is. With a BSN and a couple of Masters beyond that, she retired from teaching at the University of NC @ Charlotte. So, I think she is smart enough to figure it out. Too bad Alex wasn't/isn't smart enough to know how to keep customers.
