I heard about this company on the radio station 93.9. The installers came yesterday and installed the carpet in our living room and hallway. They came on time and finished on time. We liked their service so much we hired them to come back and install carpet in our bedrooms. I’m also checking on prices for flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. Spenser, the sales person is very good and is very helpful! Joann in the office is amazing and very helpful. The prices are very affordable and the work is excellent. The LVT work took 2 days.. Not happy with the installers who were from 3J Brothers Flooring. They broke a clock, used my dishes without asking, as well as my Microwave. Miguel kept up selling products which was very stressful. The work was finally finished and they did not clean up their mess. The finished product is good.

Had Rigid Core Plank installed 7/19, so it's been 3 years. I am surprised it has held up well, considering the water and heavy items dropped on the floor. Chose it, because it's very common, is dark brown and easy to clean. Does show debris, but that makes you quickly get the broom or vacuum out. More expensive textured plank is harder to sweep or mop.50 floor was similar in cost to other contractors, but 50 floor moves everything and it was a big job to move our packed home and pull out the engineered flooring. Might of been cheaper to have the subcontractor do it directly, but I wanted a labor warranty. The sales guy, Chris Best came out 3 times to finalize the sale, but he never came back after the job was finished. The installation took 2.5 days in a 1700 sf home with a 3 man crew. They were competent; especially dealing with the bathrooms and toilets. They also left a full sealed box of flooring for possible future replacement or repair. In summary; be careful as price matching is easy, but finding a responsible, competent installation crew is critical. Would I choose 50 floor for my next home? I would get an estimate from them and 3-4 other contractors.

Recently we had our carpet replaced and hired 50 Floors. It all started very well with the Representative, Jeff G, coming to our house and explaining everything. Jeff was great and answered all of our questions. Amy called, I guess from the Garner Office, and explained everything we needed to do to prepare our home for the carpet replacement. She was nice and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. The day of installation and the guys were a little late but still managed to get everything done. We had most all the furniture moved out of the rooms so they could jump in and get started. Fast forward and all was completed to our satisfaction with exception of a small scrape on the wall but that was fixed within 2 weeks with no issue. Here is where the problem comes, in my opinion. Amy calls me and said I was supposed to sign the documents not my wife and was kind of rude about the whole thing. Nobody asked me to sign anything but apparently the installers had asked my wife. Really wasn't a big deal but I have to say Amy's tone was less than pleasant. I guess once the work is done they feel they don't need to be nice.. ha ha well it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE and you should always be nice to your customers because THEY are what keep you in business thus putting food on your table. Bottom line is 50 Floors did a great job but Amy's Customer Service needs work.

I went with a heavier weight carpet because I expected it to be good quality. I was quoted over double but with all of the “discounts” I received I ended up paying the same amount that I had been quoted by the other 3 companies I checked out. At this point I was tired of shopping around so I figured “hey this is a well known company maybe the quality will be good!” A year and a half later and my carpet is still constantly shedding large amounts of fibers every time I vacuum. All I have to do is drag my feet too hard and I can get fibers to come out. In the first month I had a bald spot on one of my steps and I had them come out to replace it. At this pace it will all have to be replaced again within the next couple of years. I use a Dyson stick vacuum maybe every other week so it’s not like I’m over vacuuming or using something too powerful. This company is a scam. They tell you you’re getting all of these amazing discounts but you really aren’t because they just inflate the prices to make up for it. 10/10 would never recommend this company to anyone, the only reason it’s getting two stars is because the installers were absolutely fantastic. It’s too bad they’re wasting their talent working for this place.

The men that came to install our carpet were very friendly and professional. They carefully moved the furniture from each room, then removed the old carpet and padding, and install the new carpet in a very quick time. The finished product looks great there are not "seams" showing. We would definitely have 50 Floor do any future flooring requirements for us.
