I haven't done much talking to the associates but i did sit in the appliance section with no one is around. It is much easier to get in and out of the shopping center than home depot. It also has a lot of other stores around. Over all it is a good place place but they need to train associates to approach customers and offer help.

The staff were super friendly and helpful..,esp Lenny in appliances. My past experiences with Lowe's has not been pleasant. This was a pleasant visit

Usually can find everything I need. Prices are good. Convenient location. Workers are helpful but there should be more on duty. Cashiers and help desk should be much more friendly.

They are very good at ignoring customers. At least ten employees saw me, and pretended I did not exist. Even a simple hello would be nice. Months after I wrote this, it is still true!

Ran in to buy a new fancy deadbolt for the house. Wanted to see if they'd price match from online. The deadbolt company's website had it almost $65 cheaper. I asked customer service if they price match and they told me they did. My issue isn't that they don't price match. Their website says they price match, but if you read closely it says they only price match against local retailers and only if they're not on sale. So that's cool. I can understand that. What made my experience negative was that the lady at the register was going through a personal bag of hers and made me wait for her to finish. Then once she was done she looked at me like I was interrupting her. Then before I could finish asking if they price match she cut me off and told me no, while making no eye contact. The entire time she acted like I was inconveniencing her. Then she called someone over and they had no idea what they were talking about. I eventually just told them nevermind, and then bought the lock online right there
