Let me start off by saying that we were looking forward to a decently paced remodel project, but boy were we wrong. How long does it usually take to install a tub, toilet, and vanity in a 6'X10' bathroom? Well it took us over three weeks. The only time things were accomplished was when we chased them down on the phone, only to not receive calls back or any information whatsoever. Because of damage during delivery, we went through three tubs, three vanities,, two mirrors, tub walls, two sinks, and the parts that were needed to move the project along were in California. Had to wait an additional 5 days for delivery on that. During the entire process, we felt pushed to the side, lied to about calls being returned, and conversations that actually took place by the project manager JAY were forgotten on more than one occasion The only good person with his head on his shoulders was Omar, who did a fantastic job at installation, and was the only professional person in the entire project. As far as Katrina, the project coordinator, who took it upon herself to order a design of HER choice for the project,, and did not discuss it with us beforehand, after everything was paid for. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, the execution of the project, and terrible communication between parties. We had high hopes for an easygoing project but was ultimately fooled.
