Awesome experience with the Home Depot on Hanes Boulevard near the mall. The young lady that helped me with setting up my floor tile appointment was very knowledgeable professional and courteous. Even though the current store didn't have my tile she was still able to secure the amount of cases I will need for the project. She answered all my questions without hesitation. I was also pleased that the measurement appointment was a great value along with the total price. I can't wait to see the finished product. Thank You Home Depot for providing great customer service!

This home depot has the nicest and most caring staff of any tool store I've ever visited. Truly, I've never been upset with the service when I shop here, which is very frequently. You can't get this level of service at any of their competitors. The store itself has everything to offer that you could possibly need for whatever project you're working on. And you will save a lot of time shopping here because the staff will help you get in and out and back to work on your project right away.

Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. I have purchased paint, plumbing fixtures, supplies for drywall repair, and lawn equipment from this location and employees have been extremely helpful with every purchase and any guidance I may have required. A+++

This is the best, and I think largest, Home Depot in the Triad. They have a great selection of building materials for home renovation projects.

Always clean and well-stocked. Helpful people, but you often have to wait your turn to ask a question. A little pricier than Lowes.
