Very good service and helpful employees. As we perused the perennials, a nice Lowe's employee complimented my daughter on her choice of plant to buy, and pointed out a few of his favorites. He was helpful in offering information about care of her new plant. While standing in line with eight bags of mulch, another employee offered to assist us to the car. He let us know that it was his job to do it and he loves his job. Both of these friendly employees added to a good experience shopping. The cashier was also friendly. Shopping for mulch is an errand. But all of these Lowe's employees made it feel pleasurable and fun. I don't shop for home improvement often, but when I do I'll choose to shop at this Lowe's location.

I have taken several trips to Lowe's in the past couple of days shopping for a client and for myself for home additions and decor. Every single time that I have come I have had no help or service in any department that I am in. Staff just walks back and forth past me without offering assistance. But today specifically I was in the department of grills and I asked the customer service desk for help. They called on the overhead speaker TWICE and no one ever came. Finally I just asked someone if I could get one of the grills out front and the front desk specialist unlocked the grill for me. I almost forgot my propane tank but it dawned on me I might need it to actually grill the food. I've never owned a gas grill. This is where customer service and support is so important. I needed assistance in more than just that department and planned to make so many purchases today, but with the lack of assistance and waiting near the grills for twenty minutes I just gave up. Seeing as though this happened more than one occasion I can't just say it was an "off day"...I don't know if the store is understaffed or just plain oblivious to the fact that not everyone knows what they are doing or how to navigate the store.

Katie and Austin in Pro Services are helpful I can give them that much. But customer service beyond is a joke. It is ridiculous every time I come to pick up a order I stand around for 30-45 minutes waiting. Get your act together or I'm off to Home Depot!

Customer service is the worst!!! Rude! I was nice when I walked up to the counter. This girl they had working abigal... Was rude, had an attitude not only with me but with people on the phone. Like whole I was standing there she was cutting the people off on the phone before they were done talking.. that was just when we had to take the pressure washer back that we purchased . Not to mention the cluster it was the first time we were there!!!! I will definitely be calling corporate
