Went here today wanted to buy it for the price that they had on it while inline to purchase it the manager on duty Carlie says they have wrong price tag on it offers to sell it for 1839 rather than what they had it marked for this is illegal and tags refused to sell it for the price listed on it. I spend a lot of money here every year but not any more start doing business with the local guys they stick to their word! Well update got a call last night from Lowe’s in Clinton Nc it’s was Jeff Burton who wanted to know what happened and after explaining he said he would sell the mower for the price that was originally on it. So I went there today at 7am Jeff came in to meet me as promised and when I went to purchase it he was told by clerk that it was on hold due to factory safety check of gas line. Now he did try to see if there was another brand I like but there wasn’t and offered to hold it and when it’s released to sell it to me for the price it was first for. This is two trips I’ve made and couldn’t get mower due to their faults. No I want to clear Jeff Burton name he honestly tried unlike Carlie ! I will not go back and get it nor do business with Lowe’s again . Do business with local people like big blue or pig cradles , etc. If you own a business give old Jeff a job offer at least he has a good soul but Lowe’s I will never go to again !
