Out of stock on items the website showed as having ample quantities. Two ladies in Garden Center no help as they were too busy having a personal conversation in the corner with customers other than me ten feet away. One register open with a line backed up. One shining star actually spoke and seemed aware that any customers were in the store. 8 P.M. on a Thursday isn't end of business. Retool this store.

We know Lowe's can provide excellence.. just depends on the store and local management. Inventory at the Goldsboro location is rarely in the place given by the Lowe's app. Never been asked if I needed help, not enough large carts on lumber side, hardware bins are always mixed up. Poor inventory management. Really want the convenience of shopping here, but always leave frustrated. Will be finding other alternatives for our contractor needs.

The worst lowes on the planet. Were told by 2 employees our dryer and washer would be delivered today. And then failed to do so. They didn't attempt to do anything. Brandy the delivery manager is lazy, doesnt work at all, and didn't try to help us. Zero customer service. Some associates are great. But all in all wont be shopping there again.

I have been going to this Lowe's for many years and today was yet another great experience here. Employees were so helpful.

Employees run and dodge from Black people...never fails! Trying to get my veterans discount registered and it took two of them to do it. While I waited, a white guy walk up and got registered before me by the lady, who passed me off to another employee and then I was passed back to her while the other lady continued to used the phone! When the white veteran walked off, I thanked him for his service; too bad I couldn't get the same prompt and professional service!!!! Goldsboro, NC. 24 April 2018
