Very quick response to a frozen water pipe. They made the whole process of mitigation and repairs very manageable and maintained great communication with my insurance the entire time. Phenomenal customer care and response to questions. Very happy we went with Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration and we'd use them again if needed.

I was so pleased with Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration. They were always on time, and kept us apprised of each step on the repair of a very messed up kitchen floor . They dealt with all the details, including working with the insurance company. I had several companies look for the source of our problem, and CFFR was the only one to find it. The office help was terrific ,kind and patience with my inquiries. Thank you Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration. Jean Perry

I did my research and initially chose this company because of their location in proximity to the job they would be contracted to perform. At first I was ready to just throw in the towel and cut my losses. I was so disappointed, but...... a different salesman came out and observed the job and went to the owner to let her know firsthand I was not just some hard to please customer, just complaining. She gave him permission to make things right. It took a while, but I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome, did I say, "pleased", ecstatic is more like it. All companies will probably have some negative reviews, this company showed me that there are still some companies out there who won't just take your money and leave you dissatisfied. I would certainly do business again with Cape Fear Flooring and have shared the experience with friends and family, the unfavorable part of course but I make sure they know that in the end this company proved themselves to be of an old fashioned nature where they truly care about their customers and will stand behind there work and do their best to leave you pleased that you gave them your business. A great big thumbs up to Mr. J.R. Jackson and the owner of the company, they are still willing to treat the customers right!

Didn't want my money. Had a couple of their folks come out to look at a bathroom to give an estimate on repairs. They came out were very nice but never saw or heard from them again, despite calling them. Can't comment on the quality of their work but their business development needs work.

Please do your research with this company the main people you need to be in communication with are rude and that's when they decided to return a call I was recommended to this company through a good friend who contract through them well needless to say they said I had to pay before the would even do the estimate and because I was stuck in a bad situation I went ahead and wrote a check of 12000 to let them know I was serious and sincere the lady who came to the estimate advised me that it takes a while to write up and since I had the house demo already it would take he about a week she also included that she had some autistic children so works around them I completely understood since I am a parent of a adult disabled child and I thought we connected on that level and how extremely important it is for the repairs to be done in timelt manner nevertheless is April 3rd my house is not done what is there look like my handicapped child did it and they're claiming I still owe them $17000 for an uncomplete job not to mention before I dimissed them on March 18th nobody had been at the property to work since February 12 and before then the house looked the same way it did in January so I couldn't understand why my phone was not ready when they said it would be done in Feb they started in November SMH Think Twice
