I had wood flooring installed. The floors looked good when they were done. But two weeks later when my base boards started to bow out and the floor started to push up I knew something was wrong and of course there was no Integrity from the owner. He made more excuses then I can mention and all of them was my fault. The bottom line is they delivered the hardwood in one day and installed the next. Plus installed it to tight against baseboard. So after a half A** fix we still have problems. If your looking to buy flooring and have it installed Keep Looking elsewhere!!!!!

This has been a very disappointing experience. Nothing is done on time. No return calls, poor follow up. This place makes promises they have no intentions of keeping. I have been trying to get grout samples for three days. I was told this morning someone would drop it off at my house. Its 5:50pm...nothing has been delivered. I would like to cancel my order and get my money back. Beware this place is horrible!

Installed flooring in my home and within 6 months gaps started forming in my living and dining room. They had to come out and fix on 3 separate occasions within weeks apart. Not even been a year of installation and same problems exists. Same flooring installed in my kids bedroom and does not have any issues. This flooring is bad or the installation was done wrong to cause this problem. I am proceeding further with necessary options to get this resolved. I didn't pay the kind of money I paid for this service. Being a self employed business it's about the customers however not in this case.

We were looking for a remnant. We were warmly greeted and quickly we had selections to choose from. Great price and service.

we found it very frustrating that we had workers show at our house without a prior phone call (like we specifically asked for). We also tried to reach the office several times before the job was supposed to start to get a time, and our calls weren't returned. Also, we asked for a phone call before the plumber came. He didn't call until he was in our driveway. Secondly, while the floors appear to have been installed great, the rest of the work was not up to our expectations. The trim that was replaced was not done in a professional manner and we have several places on our walls and baseboard that have been chipped up, now causing us to have to repaint several areas and replace several baseboards. Also, it took me asking 3 times before our paint was returned. After getting it back, I'm not sure that the trim was actually painted. We spent a lot of money for this job and honestly, we feel a little underwhelmed. This note was also sent via email and went without response...
