A one star is even too much for this store! Disappointed is an understatement! As a once loyal customer I will be taking my business else where! I did the stores job constantly called and checked to ensure the store had the correct measurement for my sink and countertop’ I was told several times everything was correct only to be disappointed on the day of delivery, after my old sink was already removed! I explained the dilemma to the store manager but was still informed nothing could be done about it. I was affected due to the lack of care concern customer service and business ethics! A kitchen isn’t replaced daily or a low investment! I chose a certain sink and countertop for a reason! I invested and took the time out to pick out what I wanted for my home! I did not pay for someone to tell me what they would give me based upon inventory! Bad business!! Take responsibility for your actions! I paid for what I wanted and I expect to get it! Rude and racist customer service !

I was looking for a special tool home depot had it online but not in store I found this out from the very nice young lady Cynthia she not only cleared up the fact that it was an order online only tool but she continued to assist me looking for other options to purchase the tool. Because I was looking for this tool all day I was having a horrible day but she definitely made me feel better she gave me a sense of hope. She deserves a raise and a promotion. If they don't give her one I will offer her a job myself paying double.

Please be cautious when ordering major appliances. R&D never delivered my refrigerator and logged that I wasn't home. I absolutely was, they never showed up. The store will not issue a refund until R&D brings them back my $1400 refrigerator that they have no record of where it's at on a Saturday evening and R&D of course is closed. So I am being penalized and they are holding my money until they can contact their contracted delivery place. They did not contact me to rescheduled, apologize, anything. I will NEVER recommend this store or buy anything over $100 max from them again.

Never have any problems at this place..they're always helpful and courteous..their employees Keven and Jo were very patient and helped me and my gf when we stopped by today with questions about storage buildings

Would give it a 0 if i could. Manager mike/michael sends his employees to talk to upset customers instead of handling it himself. Drove all the way from pineville to pick up canopy weight since i called ahead to check if they had them. Went and wasted 35 min driving because they didnt have them. No apologies.Thank u home depot for wasting my time.this is why i go to LOWES
