Went in to buy at a shower head I found on the Lowe's website. When I got back to the section there were 2 employees doing price changes. I'm obviously trying to look for the one I want to buy. The girl turned around looked at me and kept doing what she was doing... Even the guy on the ladder looked down at me.. Nobody offered to get one for me or even stop what they were doing to sell something. It's even more concerning that 2 other employees were standing talking at the display less than 3ft away from the other 2 and didn't bother to speak. I went to the competitor and top notch service picking out what I needed.

I do shop hickory and Lenoir and always get help when I need and treated nicely. This last trip I had to stop and customer service because one item needed exchanged and one a price check. The two women was busy was taking care of everything without a problem. I was over charged $70 and the nice guy was busy but took time to help me and it wasn't his department. Thank you guys!!

I bought a washer online for delivery. One day before the delivery, they told me the washer suppose to deliver to me is damaged. But they have a new one. They will void my order. And asked me to call head cashier 20 mins later to make a phone order. They will match the price. and deliver it to me next day. However, I called the head cashier 40 mins later. She said she didn't know anything about it. I try to get help from her. She hang up my phone!!!!

Always a pleasurable experience going to Lowes. The staff was very helpful in getting all of our stuff into the car and they ask us if we would like their help. Will continue to go back! Thank you Lowe's and your friendly helpful staff!
