Lowe’s always has what I need. Their selection is great and the store is laid out very well. Helpful staff, but not always knowledgeable about the item or application. Great hours 7 days a week and easy to get in and out even with a trailer.

Had a unit catch fire so I took it back to have replaced. Unit was on buy back meaning there wasn't anymore to get. To satisfy me as a customer they upgraded me to the next unit which was $150 more than I had already paid and let me walk out. Very, very pleased with customer service. I will continue to support lowes over home depot.

The were very helpful with me finding the parts i needed. It was a gentleman in plumbing got me a 20 gal. Tank and fittings for my well. He was very nice and very helpful and i kind of joked around with him and he always had a smile on his face. I wish i would have got his name. He was a Mexican im pretty sure. The ones with a smile and will joke a little is the ones that makes the store what it is. Thank You have a good day. Roger Lovingood

Smooth and easy return. Started to put in a special order for tiles and the cashier pointed out they would be a $25 fee for not having an order over $100 - we only needed 4 tiles. So thankful she pointed that out.

Very seldom do u find an associate or employee that actually is knowledgeable to answer any questions u may have or find what u may need. Not always. Sometimes u just might get lucky. 😞.
