We were at the store early this morning looking at storm doors and motion lighting. We walked around the store for over half an hour looking for an associate to help us and order the door. After we found the one we liked we were looking for the lighting and my fiance found an associate and asked what isle it was in. The associate looked bothered to have been asked. We found the lighting and went back to the doors. I walked to the end of the isle to see if I saw an associate near by. After seeing one close by, I waived him down and he looked at me but went into another isle without acknowledging me. After seeing that, I went to my fiance and said let's go buy all this stuff elsewhere. It is baffling that after almost an hour at the store not one single associate approached us to ask if we needed help with anything. This is by far the worst customer service or actually lack of customer service I've experienced as a consumer in a long time. It's as if these people working there would rather NOT help than help people. What are you doing there if you're not going to be available to help customers?! You're on the clock for what? We dropped the things we were going to purchase and left the store. I'm not going to do business with Lowe's due to this experience. Nor will I be going back to this location. This was not a pleasant visit.

Mr. Jay in the plumbing department was EXTREMELY helpful. I was given some miss information when I called about cutting PVC pipe. I was told yes they do; however, they only cut certain types but Mr. Jay honored what was told to me and cut several pieces and sizes. Thank you Mr.Jay, Mr. Greg and Mr. Patrick!!!!

I went specifically to pick up HVAC tape. I literally asked 5 different people before I found the tape I needed. ( which I finally found on my own). One person sent me to plumbing, plumbing person sent me to tools, tool person didn't have any idea, next person I asked sent me to aisle 2. Not there. I finally looked the product up online and asked someone what LW meant. That person said that meant left wall. So I went there and found the tape back there. Ridiculous.

TODAY, May 10th @ 3:40 pm, we went to buy plywood at this location. No one was in the lumber section by the saw area and we needed this 2X4 plywood cut in half, except for an EMPLOYEE ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE ON THE SALES FLOOR. So we assumed he was on break so went to the nearest service desk by the exterior doors and asked for help. When the request was played over the loud speaker, we walked back over to the saw area with the plywood still seeing the SAME employee sitting down talking on his cell phone. We waited for 20 minutes still watching the employee on the phone right in front of us. Finally another employee drives by on a fork lift and asks us if we were being helped and we said no and mentioned that the request was made over the loud speaker 20 minutes ago. That employee turn to the employee whom was sitting and talking on his cell phone and said to him “You know you have a customer right?” To which he replied “yes” and continued to talk on his personal cell phone without even acknowledging us! We put the plywood down and walked out of Lowe’s. Never again will I spend a dime in any Lowe’s store. As a loyal military lowes customer for over 15 years, I am disgusted that this is the disrespect that is allowed. I will NOT set foot in any Lowe’s ever again.

Although the store was busy we were not asked if we could be helped. I had to sternly ask an employee to help a lady get a bag if soil on her cart. Employees working the garden area should remember to put bags of soil and or any thing in a large bag with skew side up makes check out pleasant. After the employee put the soil in the cart he ran off not asking did I need help with my bag of soil. I believe his name was Alan.
