Linda Lowe

I had to run associates down just to get help. But, finally there appeared an eager associate willing to help me and my 81 year old mom.

No registers open. Only self service . 4 people behind the service desk. Waited in line 10 minutes to be rung up by a rude lady who thought she was doing me a favor. Half way through our transaction she stepped away and a much nicer lady completed our sale. If there was a Home Depot in reidsville I surely would not go back to Lowe's. We were there at about 11:30 on March 2nd.

This Lowe's is a good location, all of the floor sales employees are so helpful. They have really good prices on several household items, in bulk, so I like to buy those to save money. Unfortunately during the evening rush ( 5 to 7) there were ZERO registers open. They had 1 employee working the 4 self-checkout registers. That's the reason for the missing star.
