Best tile & carpet installers in town! Over 50yrs experience!

Very poor experience. Needed a repair job done to a shower. Called several times starting in August and finally got them to evaluate in October. We were told it would be a quick job. Never heard back from them. Finally got back up with them again in March and basically had to drag them out! When they did come out they claimed they did not really know what the issue was (basically there was a defect in the original tile work that needs to be fixed by replacing the floor tiles of the shower). As a result the issue had progressed to a much more difficult job. After another months, they finally agree to do the job. They states the job would take 3-4 days. 2 weeks later the job was done. They claimed they would place plastic over the bathroom door to seal in the area, but when we arrived home from work after their first day of work, the entire home was filled with dust. Surprisingly there was no plastic over the doorway. Once they finished, not only were many of the tiles misaligned, but there was a thick covering of the entire bathroom with dust that they refuse to clean. If you want a company that drags their feet, does poor work, refuses to clean up their mess, and has no regard for professionalism, you should pick Ellis Tile.
