While I like their prices, to me, the layout of the store doesn't flow. Especially confusing is the hardware section (screws/nails) aren't organized correctly! Looking for 2 1/2" exterior screws, I find the 2", then next to it is lag bolts, then small head deck screws, then drywall screws, then interior screws. Finally, 5 feet away are the 2 1/2" exterior screws. It's stupid. Home Depot's organization makes sense, Lowe's does not. But, they do have a better in store selection of hard to find items without having to order online; like wood stove exhaust kits. That and the fact that they offer military discount on ALL items (unlike Home Depot which excludes building materials) make it worthwhile to spend the extra time finding those confusingly organized items. And rates 4 stars.

This Lowe's franchise has a warranty program that does great disservice to the store. Two months after purchasing a microwave it started to trip the breaker. In two weeks it was completely broken. After 30 days the warranty is covered by the manufacture, if you have not purchased an extended warranty from the store. Three weeks wait for service. The contracted service showed up and quickly found the problem, a door switch, and said would order the part. a month later after many calls, I was told the part could not be ordered alone and would order a new door and switch. Another month of the microwave sitting on the garage floor and no return calls from the repair service. I started to complain with Lowe's and was contacted by the repair service that they cancelled my parts on order and would not complete my service call due to me calling Lowe's complaining of my poor service. Lowe's tried to help, but were let down by their contracted service.

In appliances for 30 minutes and the 3 guys chit chatting at the desk never came over to see if I needed help. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything else. Especially at checkout. The cashier was very friendly. Full disclosure, I work for another Lowe's store, so I was pretty disappointed with my experience today.

Received the best help. Great customer service. Shout out to Karen and Steven, you both were awesome. This is my home improvement store!

This used to be a halfway decent location but it is awful now. Noone acknowledges customers, in fact they go out of their way to avoid them. I needed some gravel bit it just seemed to hard as the 2 employees that were outside were just walking around talking and when they passed me they immediately disappeared. I left, I will go elsewhere for my purchases. Parking lot used to be halfway busy and full, it is a ghost town now...customer service is lacking and having a huge impact on their business.
