Lovely store with amazing employees and customers! There's a garden area, building supplies, etc. It's a great home improvement store! I know the owner and so.e of the employees, and they work hard day and night to make the store nice, and find good employees. If you don't fit the standards, fix them! A job includes work. Great place, and I love it! ðŸ‘👫ðŸ½ðŸ‘«ðŸ¾ðŸ‘«ðŸ¼ðŸ‘«ðŸ‘«ðŸ¿ They're all a big family!

I went today to buy some flowers. Did that and also bought a new patio set. The employees were great and very helpful. However, the patio set was missing the right amount of bolts to put it together. Thankfully we had some at home that would work. Spent almost $500 and had problems. Not happy.

Customer service is not good. Not enough employees to help customers. Called for assistance at least 5 times and got someone who had no idea what he was doing. Every question I asked was met with an, "I don't know, I don't work in this department." Wilson NC store needs help badly. The only person that was really helpful was a gentleman named Jeff. I grabbed him when he was just coming in, explained my situation and he was helpful, understanding and kind. Kudos to Jeff (sorry I didn't get his last name).

Went yesterday to buy a riding lawn mower and waited 1 hour for the manager to find out more information on why one had been returned. He never did come and no one knew any information on it or any of the riding lawn mowers that they had out there. Website says free delivery but they said it would be $80 and a week before it could be delivered. Very frustrating especially when you're trying to buy an expensive item. I had a similar situation happened last year that is why I'm posting this
