I ordered a stove over July 4th holiday. Last week I still couldn't get an answer on where it was or when it was going to arrive. Every week I was calling to find out why it was rescheduled and I kept getting new answers or different answers. The store did give me honest answers about the distribution center it was in. I finally called customer care and they said it was on a truck I called again and they said all GE products are on back order. So I decided that was it I cancelled my order. They had already charged my card for it but couldn't issue a refund for 24 hours. I called Home Depot ordered the exact same stove and had it delivered 6 days later. I cannot believe it takes this long to not get a stove.

The paint department made sure I was educated on painting. I have painted every room in the house. They've been there for every room and matched me with the proper paint for the proper projects over and over again. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. not typically a long wait in line.
