Good luck getting anyone on the phone. I tried calling(Rather than driving the 30 minutes there) 8 times over the course of 3 hours and never got anyone to answer the phone. Finally did and asked for a manager to which he said "We are very busy what do you need?" That was about all the motivation I needed to shop elsewhere and since we're about to build a large house on a large property it looks like the Forest City location will be getting the many thousands we plan to spend instead.. If that was not enough the fact the few times I've gone there and purchased pallets of stuff in the lumber/concrete area and had to wait 20 minutes each time because the 16 or 17 year old(two of them) forklift operators are busy talking about video games... each time an older employee had to remind them they had customers waiting for products they purchased. Just really annoying. Nice store but its clear from the management and from the kids they have operating heavy machinery they just don't give a damn.. 2 stars.

I don't want to miss the opportunity to express how 1 single person can damage so bad the image of what I think is a very good establishment....NORVA is a supervisor at Lowe's located at Dorman Center.... Is the most horrible person....bad Customer Service.... For the first time in SC I felt unwelcome.... This Lady treated me like a thief....or worst.... Only because I was returning some stuff worth more than 200.00$.... Just today I spent more than 500.00$ at that Store.... And have to explain to her that I just wanted store credit because I was about to buy another 600.00$ worth of Flooring materials ( I'm a professional, licensed and insured remodeler and used to buy at Lowe's most of the time..... Sorry Lowe's.... You need to send this lady to anger management and retrain her as CSR....you are losing business of at least 50.000$ ( just me ).... Can you imagine how much more can you be losing....?

Customer service was almost nonexistent tonight at the Boiling Springs store. The employees were more interested in leaving for the day than helping paying customers. Their young males(not young men) were hiding out in the bathroom stalls to get out of their duties. Yes, I was in the men's room and overheard their conversations.

Customer Service is horrible. Ran the bell for help in the carpet section. 45 minutes later 2 people came and said they would get help. Went to speak to 2 managers that were just standing around just talking. Neither offered to help. Home Depot is the place to go from now on.
