What a wonderful place, just off the main roads and near Charlotte! Helpful, hard working and professional staff. They know their products and they share their knowledge. I will be a regular visitor for their products from now on!

We at Fixit Foreman LLC have purchased lumber for both commercial and residential jobs. Advantage has a fantastic exotic lumber selection and an amazing live edge slab wood selection. We have never had a problem with the orders being on time and any concerns were always addressed promptly and courteously. Our company will continue to use Advantage Lumber.

I have searched for a good place to buy wood for a long time. This is the best place I have found within 100 miles of Charlotte. Probably the best in the state but haven't searched that far. Great customer service. Willing to work with you and accommodate your request. Will be going back.

I bought wood for a new deck. Drove to pick up my order and called ahead to verify that it was ready. Basically got: Order wasn't ready, when I got home they shorted me on the order and advised me of the wrong installation process. When I called back to clarify and to get replacements they wouldn't pay for the shipping and basically told me is was my fault. Emailed me a confirmation of the order with other customers private contact information and order details. When I asked about that when I finally asked for a manager to call me back, they told me that the information they accidentally sent me of other customers wasn't anything that you couldn't find as public information? They have beautiful wood but for the price, headache, screw ups, rudeness, and hassles you can do much better.

Total headache. Poor communication. Delayed shipping. No notice.
