Horrible customer service when trying to return a $38 transition piece. Return clerk Tina was rude and actually tried to say a piece was missing. After my insisting that the manager (on duty) come over it was confirmed (by the manager) that Tina was indeed wrong. Her manager apologized but Tina who was wrong and obviously not good at her job did not want to apologize. After $2,000 worth of flooring and $5000 in appliance purchases in less than 6 months you would think you would be treated like a decent human being and possibly even respected as one of the many loyal (now former) customers putting food on your table. Good job Lowe's, Home Depot has got our business now. Btw Posting via his wife

Friendly staff, low prices, huge selection. Lowe's is my "go to" spot for home improvement needs. This particular location is fine except it's not the easiest to see from the highway so look carefully if your heading this way. Also, great deals available on their clearance tables next to the light bulbs.

I had a great experience as far as the help and friendliness and the individualized department however when having to try to call to find information out about delivery was like pulling teeth .I just kept getting past 21 employee to Another who by the way never gave me a name and I was told misinformation and went to call back to find out a time and was told that the delivery section was closed for the day there was no apology they sounded bored so I was very decide is fine with that and it ruined my experience as far is buying a major appliance there

I was in this store last Thursday to pick up some plumbing things. I am not a plumber and I was on crutches. Kenneth from the plumbing section was Super helpful (even though he was busy) and even got me a cart and did my shopping for me so i ended up spending over $500. Even took it to the registar for me and loaded my truck. Thanks Kenneth for being the PRO at the beginning of professional
