This place sucks! People who works there always gives you an attitude, you go online and says that they have the things you are looking for... You get there and surprise! They don't have it in stock. Waste of time. Just drive to Durham instead coming to this store

Went there 15 minutes before closing and they didn't rush me to get out of the store. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and check out was fast.

The people at the courtesy desk were very rude. I was waiting on line to ask a question and the lady looked at me and said "do you need something". I wanted to smack her in the head. I asked a question to the person who was in The Lawn & Garden section about a lawn mower. His response was "I don't know anything about lawn mowers they just put me in this department they didn't train me John Deere doesn't come in and train us so I don't know. What does your phone say about the lawn mower". That was my worst experience ever in Lowes. I will never make another large purchase there again. When they finally delivered my lawn tractor there was a piece missing and they forgot to send the free dump cart.

Went to return an item with receipt and told me that it would go back on my credit card or I could get a gift card. I chose the gift card because I was just trading it out for another item that was the same cost and I didn't bring my card I used. So along with the rude attitude the clerk scans my receipt and tells me "oops, it went back on your card" said it was nothing they could do while having a smirk. So I called corporate and they didn't seems to care much either. All in all the employees there really don't care about anything but a paycheck and customer service is horrid.

Absolutely the worst lowes ever, didn't return theyre own product that was sold to me at the wrong price. Never had such a bad customer service experience EVER!
