Two cabinet doors were built by Cabinet Door World USA Inc. These doors were essentially 60% of the size of the originals, as we had replaced a standard drop in kitchen sink with a Farm Sink. It was critical that the overlap on the cabinet facing was cut and sized correctly as the center support had to be removed to install the sink. Pros: The doors arrived in perfect condition, were sized exactly so that the overlap was consistent with the originals. The doors were well finished and mostly smooth to the touch. Cons: The doors arrived, requiring a minimal sanding with 400 sandpaper in a couple areas and there was some residual dust from the production process. Both minor issues that were easily cleaned up. Would I recommend or buy again: Yes, the doors were perfectly sized and matched and cut to our exact specifications. Also, they matched up perfectly with the other existing cabinet doors. This is an extremely well made product! 10 out of 10 !!!

Terrible read the entire review... Clicked one star so that others after me would realize it was not a mistake. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS. The company has a great web site presence. I called before placing the order and was told 2-2.5 weeks for delivery. Placed the order 6 February, nothing by 8 March and partial order delivery 12 March. NO NOTIFICATION or UPDATES of shipping... it just shows up one day (after complaining) so forget about planning anything. Just when I am ready to engage the credit card company on them the last box showed up, unannounced of course! You can do the math, greater than 8weeks for two doors, a box drawer and draw face $337 dollars in Maple. In my opinion, UNACCEPTABLE performance. I looked at the reviews after all the problems. Guess what? The ability to deliver the product in a timely fashion is a reoccurring problem. Others had the same issues, I had choices including a local shop in my home town. Next time... I looked at multiple vendors to supply the product. Their web sites weren't very good. Cabinet Door World has a great web site but can't deliver, product was acceptable. Their business would do very well I'd imagine if they could just execute the orders. A couple of my colleagues are doing cabinet work. I told them to go somewhere else and you should too! RUN AWAY and consider yourself fortunate!!

They were very patient with me when I needed to make changes to the order. Confirmation of dimensions was easy. Delivery was a breeze. The truck driver was very easy and willing to meet me a designated location to unload. And most importantly, the pieces were very well made. Sizes were just exactly as ordered. Don't be a sucker for their price. Stay away from this place. Product inferior and service miserable. The original cabinet they sent was defective. They said they would replace it without charge. After 2 mos of me calling and them saying it was on the way they finally said that they made a mistake and that I would have to pay for the replacement. They said the person who said it would be replaced free was from the wrong department and made a mistake. Instead of owning up to their error they forced me to pay or have half a cabinet. The replacement was also defective but I gave up and did the best I could to finish. By the way - the hinges broke off!

The doors are very good quality. However customer service is terrible. My order was marked awaiting shipment for over a week. Even after calling and getting a verbal guarantee of delivery, it still didn’t ship. I had to drive from Charlotte to Hickory (about an hour each way) to get my doors. When I arrived they gave me a check to reimburse me for the shipping that I paid for in advance, but was not offered any explanation or even an apology. Although they knew I was on my way, I still had to wait several minutes for an employee to retrieve my doors. During this time there was ample opportunity for a member of management to at least offer some consolation. Apparently, however, none of them cared or had the integrity to speak with me.
