I gave it 5 stars because of the customer service. I was after a generator for the hurricane coming. They only had 1 type left that day, but had lots of that one in stock. They helped load it in my truck also. They had plenty of gas cans also. Even though the store was packed, the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I wasted ten minutes of my life hanging out in the bathroom appliances area waiting for someone to help me before I decided to leave. Earlier I needed help looking for a tool, and a customer wound up helping me because the lady who worked for Lowes had zero knowledge of the subject. These people were oblivious. Smiling at customers does not make up for incompetence. From now on, I will go to the Home Depot.

I was happy that I went to Lowe's today. I met a cute guy named Daniel....he said he would be my fortnite buddy. I only have a few complaints. It is too hot outside and there are bees in the garden center. They really need to do something about the bees bc I'm allergic. Also, an employee named Nick would not tell me what he was going to do with pallet of mulch. I really wanted to know what he was going to do with the pallet of mulch. I was left in suspense.....much more so than the final episode of The Sopranos.

This morning I went to purchase Stair Risers. I asked for assistance and one employee really didn't know where they were located. The other employee didn't know what "Stair Risers" were. He looked them up and was "suppose to" meet me where they were located and cut them to size. I waited over 15 minutes. Then I walked back up the aisle and saw him stocking materials. I walked up to him, waited till he noticed me, He stated: "Oh yea, I forgot, I'm ready". So, I stated: "I'M GOOD THANK YOU!" Never go to Lowes b4 1300hrs. (1pm). This store ONLY assist contractors b4 that time!

By far the most friendliest and professional Lowe’s I have been visited across North Carolina.. The entire staff was very courteous to include helpful while having a positive attitude. I also spoke with the Store Manager Jennifer McMillan about the visit as it was delightful. Highly recommend this store for a great shopping experience. I will be traveling 30 minutes out of my way to use this store for now on. Respectfully, RJ Bailey
