Great service. We are in Lumberton, NC and were hit hard by hurricane Florence. Our local Lowe's is giving away a free case of water to their customers. Thanks Lowe's for caring for our community.

Great store with great customer service. It is the best hardware store in Lumberton. Staff are knowledgeable, and will respond to the question buzzers places in the store fairly quickly.

Bought a washer and dryer October 5th. They delivered it yesterday, come to find out the dryer was new but the washer was used. Called yesterday they call me back a couple of times trying to figure out what they were going to do and then they just ignored me. So I go up there today to find out how to rectify the situation. The Yankee in the back cops an attitude so I have to go all the way back home get the receipt and tell them to come pick up the used junk that they sold me. I guess that's what they get for hiring Yankees.
